Executive Assistant & Operations Support:
Join us as Executive Assistant & Operations Support at our Helsinki office. This is your chance to contribute to building the #1 digital green transition fund in Europe!
What You Will Do:
- Provide organizational and administrative support to keep our team's operations smooth. This includes coordinating and managing schedules, meetings, and travel.
- Assist with various tasks across marketing, communications, IT systems, data analytics and automation, financials, contracting, and compliance. No previous experience in these areas? No worries, we'll guide you through the learning process!
- Help organize both internal and external events, manage office logistics, and support our team members.
- Prepare and finalize presentations and reports.
- Learn about the venture capital industry and work with our dynamic, ambitious, transparent and a very humane team!
Who You Are:
- Experienced in a similar role within a fast-paced environment.
- An autonomous and proactive self-starter.
- A positive team player with excellent communication skills who thrives in a diverse environment.
- Detail-oriented, comfortable with routine tasks, and have a service-oriented attitude.
- Eager to learn and willing to develop firm processes, as we are a growing firm.
- Capable of handling a broad range of tasks simultaneously in a professional manner.
- Fully proficient in English and at least basic knowledge of Finnish; other languages are a plus.

VC Intern (Fall 2024 / Spring 2025)
Are you passionate about contributing to green transition and eager to learn about the exciting world of venture capital?
We're looking for an enthusiastic intern to join us in our Helsinki office. This is a rare chance to gain hands-on experience in sourcing and evaluating the most promising early-stage startups in the green transition space, as well as supporting the team in various tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing and Evaluation: You will assist in identifying and evaluating the best investment opportunities. This involves conducting research and applying critical analysis to find startups that align with our investment strategy.
Sector Analysis: Dive deep into various subsectors within the green transition and climate-tech landscapes. Your analysis will contribute to our understanding of market trends, technological advancements, and potential investment areas.
Team support: Be ready to lend a hand across different operational tasks as needed. This could range from preparing presentations to organizing events, or any other activities that support the team's goals.
Anything else you can contribute with : Additional projects or tasks based on your skills, for instance process automation, web development, ESG or domain specific knowledge.
What we’re looking for:
Curiosity: Drive to learn about startups, new trends, and the venture capital industry.
Passion for Climate-tech: A genuine interest in green technologies and climate-tech.
Proactive and independent: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, capable of juggling multiple tasks and learning on the go. While we will help you along the way, we expect you to have a strong accountability and a self-starter attitude.
Team Player: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
Analytical Skills: A capability to see through the noise and know what’s important. For example, when looking into a company or taking a deep dive into an industry.
Education: Currently pursuing a university degree in a relevant field. We are looking for great individuals rather than specific degrees.
Fluency in English: Full proficiency in English, as it’s our working language.
Location: This position is based in Helsinki, Finland. The starting date is flexible. Please indicate if you prefer the fall or the spring internship.
